Industrial Buildings
Construction of two buildings for industrial use made of pre-compressed reinforced concrete, with a total area of about 1.000 square meters, used for the processing and storage of grains and pulses.
The project involved the design of a foundation grid consisting of plinths on reinforced concrete piles with steel tips and connecting beams.
The pillar/plinth connection was carried out using reinforcement technology. The perimeter panels were provided with a thermal break and there is a shed type roof. Within each building, an office area has been installed on two levels, so as to create ten workstations. To complete the work, the technological networks and external paving were carried out.
